Oysa m\u00fc\u015fteriyle kurulan ili\u015fkinin \u00f6z\u00fc, sand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00e7ok daha eskiye dayan\u0131yor. Y\u00fczy\u0131llar \u00f6nce s\u00f6ylenmi\u015f atas\u00f6zleri, bug\u00fcn CX literat\u00fcr\u00fcnde tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z pek \u00e7ok kavram\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturuyor.
